With his vast experience and innovative approach, he has played a pivotal role in optimizing RK Steel’s energy efficiency, leading to significant reductions in unit consumption per MT of production.

A strong advocate for sustainability, Vijay was the driving force behind RK Steel’s adoption of green energy, persuading the management to install a solar park, reinforcing the company’s commitment to eco-friendly manufacturing. His honesty, dedication, and forward-thinking mindset have earned him high regard within the organization, making him an invaluable part of RK Steel’s leadership team.

Raju George joined RK Steel in 2009 as a Sales Executive and, through his unwavering dedication and expertise, has risen to the position of GM – Kerala. A true sales visionary, he has played a pivotal role in establishing RK Steel as a recognized brand in South India by ensuring a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

His innovative strategies in dealer and retail networks have not only strengthened client relationships but also created opportunities for mutual growth—benefiting both RK Steel and its customers. Through his critical thinking and market insight, RK Steel has expanded from a 2,500 MT/month company to a 25,000 MT/month industry leader.

Now, Raju is setting his sights on the next big milestone—making RK Steel a national brand, driving expansion and reinforcing the company’s reputation for excellence across India.

A qualified Company Secretary (CS) and Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of hands-on experience in corporate governance, legal compliance, and secretarial functions. Currently serving as Company Secretary at Phantom Digital Effects Limited, she manages end-to-end board and general meeting processes, statutory filings, and regulatory compliances under the Companies Act and SEBI Regulations.

She has proven expertise in listing compliances, including insider trading policies, stock exchange reporting, and investor grievance redressal via SCORES Portal. Her experience spans liaising with regulatory bodies such as RBI, ROC, NSDL/CDSL, and Depository Participants, along with supporting secretarial and statutory audits.

Backed by a B.Com foundation from MDSU Ajmer and professional certifications from ICSI and ICAI, Pallavi brings a strong blend of legal acumen, audit experience, and corporate regulatory knowledge. She is a multilingual professional fluent in Hindi and English, currently based in Puducherry.

Mr. Sanjay Bhalotia is a seasoned finance professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and over 22 years of extensive experience in Finance, Accounts, and Strategic Management.

In his current role as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sanjay Bhalotia leads the company’s overall finance function, overseeing the preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP and Ind AS. He is responsible for monthly MIS reporting, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management, and coordinating statutory and internal audits.

With his vast experience, strategic financial insight, and deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, Mr. Sanjay Bhalotia plays a key role in the company’s IPO preparedness and long-term financial stewardship.
